如何选择搅拌车的动力设备?

1.发动机马力的选择,对于同一品牌的发动机,马力越大,加速性能越好,爬坡性能越好、重载时车速越大,运行时换挡的次数越少。因此如果想要你的搅拌车加速快,爬坡性能好,车速高,减少换挡次数,那就更好选择相对马力较大的发动机,说的相对就是适当的,不能是马力太大,那就会造成浪费的。

2. 变速箱选择,一般来说档的位数越多,1档时爬坡性能越好,档位数越多,换挡时发动机转速变化月小,整车的使用就更加经济省油;变速器扭矩,变速器的额定输入扭矩不能小于发动机的扭矩,比如WP10.336E40发动机的扭矩为1500Nm,可以匹配10JSD160变速器,但是不能匹配10JSD140变速器。变速箱要带同步器,带同步器的变速器,换挡时齿轮自动吸入,换挡平顺性好,换挡冲击小。
