一方案：

One plan:

准备好紧急驱动软管，将故障自上料搅拌车熄火，卸下液压马达上的高压油管接头。

Prepare emergency drive hose, shut down the fault from the feeding mixer, and remove the high pressure oil pipe connector on the hydraulic motor.

将救援车熄火，将其液压马达的高压油管卸下，并与故障车上的对应接头用紧急驱动软管相连。

Turn off the rescue vehicle, remove the high-pressure oil pipe of its hydraulic motor, and connect it with the corresponding connector on the failure vehicle with emergency drive hose.

发动救援车，将其操纵手柄拨出料位置，故障自上料搅拌车车内的混凝土即被排出。

Start the rescue vehicle, and turn its control handle to the discharging position. The failure is discharged from the concrete in the loading mixer truck.

紧急驱动完毕后，将驱动软管卸下，并恢复两车原状。

After emergency drive, remove the drive hose and restore the two vehicles to the original condition.

二方案：

如果上述种方法实行有困难，则采用以下方法，立即排出混凝土。

If the above methods are difficult to implement, the following methods shall be used to discharge the concrete immediately.

在托轮和滚道之间放入木楔，以控制搅拌筒的旋转，将自上料搅拌车发动机熄火，拆松液压马达的一根高压油管，搅拌筒可自由旋转，控制搅拌筒的旋转，使维修孔转到下部，然后打开维修孔，清理出筒内混凝土。混凝土排出完毕后，恢复混凝土搅拌车原状。

Put a wooden wedge between the idler and the raceway to control the rotation of the mixing drum. Turn off the engine of the mixer from the feeding mixer, loosen one of the high-pressure oil pipes of the hydraulic motor, and the mixing drum can rotate freely. Control the rotation of the mixing drum, turn the maintenance hole to the lower part, then open the maintenance hole and clean the concrete in the drum. After the concrete is discharged, the concrete mixer shall be restored to its original state.
