1、检查各个水箱是否缺水并加足水，轮胎气压是否符合2.5bar以_上要求。

2、检查发动机机油油尺，液压油箱标尺，齿轮箱油标观察孔，前、后桥，轮边减速轴头拧开油面油堵检查齿轮油是否符合要求，缺少应及时添加，总泵自动液油杯液面是否合乎标准要求。

3、观测发动机机油，齿轮油，检查油标尺，油标锣孔，液压油箱时，车辆要水平位置。

各操作阀的作用

1、主车前后行走操纵阀( 快慢档，前进和倒车档)-般行走时为前驾，施工作业时为后驾。

2、大臂升降旋转操纵阀，举料，左右旋转罐体控制。

4、手动油门操纵阀，控制发动机的转速，使搅罐在一定的平稳速度下旋转。

5、座椅脚踏定位卡销，用于座椅调转方向时起到锁止作用，踏板踩向下时。锁销打开，左翼转到位置后制动锁止。

做好日常保养，每次施工结束，必须清洗干净车辆外表面和罐体内残余科，以防混凝土凝聚在罐体内外。

加强对发动机，齿轮箱，车桥周期性保养，长时间停用，水箱内不宜储水。1200小时更换机油和齿轮油，连续工作7天清洗柴油，机油滤芯，空气滤芯100小时清洗一次。

Strengthen the engine, gearbox, axle periodic maintenance, long time out of service, water tank should not be stored. Change engine oil and gear oil for 1200 hours, clean diesel oil, engine oil filter element and air filter element for 7 consecutive days, and clean once every 100 hours.
