Oil change: generally, the blender needs to change the lubricating oil every six months. The type of lubricating oil is 32 # machine oil. When changing the oil, carefully open the oil plug and put the oil in the blender. Pay attention to the residual internal pressure in the oil gun to prevent the oil from spraying.
Bearing grease: it should be replaced once in general overhaul, and the amount of grease should be 1 / 3-1 / 2 of the bearing cavity clearance. High temperature calcium base grease is recommended.
Leakage protection treatment of mixer: if the leakage switch is protected, it means that the mechanical seal on the motor side is damaged. It must be checked and repaired. Open the blockage in the oil chamber and drain the liquid in it.
