　　当混凝土搅拌机设备出现粉料进料缓慢的故障现象：螺旋输送机送料很慢，送料时间超过2分钟，在正常送料情况下20秒之内就可以输送完毕。

　　When the concrete mixer equipment has the problem of slow feeding of powder: the screw conveyor is slow in feeding, the feeding time is more than 2 minutes, and the conveying can be completed within 20 seconds under the normal feeding condition.

　　而造成这种故障出现的原因经过分析：

　　The causes of this kind of failure are analyzed

　　影响因素主要是粉料罐下料不畅和螺旋输送机损坏等。粉料下料不畅的表现形式有粉料起拱、粉料罐口出料口处物料结块、出料蝶阀开度过小、粉料罐内物料不足等。螺旋输送机损坏主要是螺旋叶片变形，不能正常输送。

　　The main influencing factors are the unsmooth discharging of powder tank and the damage of screw conveyor. The forms of unsmooth cutting of powder include powder arching, material caking at the outlet of powder tank, too small opening of discharge butterfly valve, insufficient material in powder tank, etc. The damage of the screw conveyor is mainly the deformation of the screw blade, which can not be transported normally.

　　处理过程：

　　Process:

　　1.开启气锤破拱装置。

　　1. Open the air hammer arch breaking device.

　　2.检查粉料罐卸料蝶阀的开度，并使蝶阀处于全开的位置。

　　2. Check the opening of the discharge butterfly valve of the powder tank, and make the butterfly valve in the fully open position.

　　3.检查粉料罐出口处物料是否结块。

　　3. Check whether the materials at the outlet of powder tank are caked.

　　4.检查螺旋机叶片是否变形，如变形则拆除校正或更换。

　　4. Check whether the blade of screw machine is deformed. If it is deformed, remove it for correction or replacement.
