1. The temperature of reducer is too high
There are two main reasons for the high temperature of the reducer. First, the bearing load of the reducer is large in the process of use. The high load condition leads to the friction between the bearings, and the friction heat causes the local high temperature of parts and machinery. Second, the viscosity of oil is too high or too low in the process of using the reducer. The viscosity of the oil can increase the load of the bearing to a great extent, resulting in the bearing to produce huge heat. When the viscosity of the oil is too high, the overall fluidity is greatly reduced, and the bearing needs more power in the process of operation. This part of power is easily converted into heat energy, which leads to the increase of acceleration temperature. When the viscosity of the oil is too small, the lubrication effect will be reduced, and the friction resistance will increase, which will also cause the power increase in the bearing operation.
2. Maintenance and treatment for over high temperature of reducer
In the process of repairing the reducer with too high temperature, the operator should control the bearing of the concrete mixer reducer, regularly inspect the bearing, and observe the overall service condition of the bearing. The bearing with abnormal friction should be adjusted or replaced in time to reduce the possible local heat. Operators should strictly control the viscosity of the oil, calculate the density of the oil according to the equipment requirements and operating parameters, and reasonably select the viscosity grade to reduce the possible local high temperature.
