  导致减速器温度过高的原因主要包括两方面。,减速器在使用的过程中轴承负荷较大。大负荷状况导致轴承之间的摩擦加剧,摩擦生热导致零件、机械局部高温的产生。第二,在使用减速器的过程中油的黏度过高或过低。油的黏度可以在很大程度上增加轴承的负荷,导致轴承产生巨大的热量。当油的黏度过大时,整体流动性大幅降低,轴承在运行的过程中需要更大的动力,这部分动力非常容易转换为热能,导致加速度温度升高。而当油的黏度过小时润滑效果降低,摩擦阻力加大,也造成轴承运转过程中的动力增加。

When the viscosity of the oil is too high, the overall fluidity is greatly reduced, and the bearing needs more power in the process of operation. This part of power is easily converted into heat energy, which leads to the increase of acceleration temperature. When the viscosity of the oil is too small, the lubrication effect will be reduced, and the friction resistance will increase, which will also cause the power increase in the bearing operation.

  在对减速器温度过高进行维修处理的过程中,操作人员要对混凝土搅拌机减速器轴承进行控制,要对轴承进行定期检查,观察轴承的整体使用状况。对出现异常摩擦的轴承要及时进行调整或更换,降低可能产生的局部热量。操作人员要对油的黏度进行严格控制,依照设备要求及运行参数对油的密度进行计算,对黏度等级进行合理选取,降低可能出现的局部高温。
